Description

The 2024 Vinupetra is sourced from Contrada Feudo di Mezzo on Etna’s northern side, around 580 metres above sea level. It combines 80% Nerello Mascalese, 10% Nerello Cappuccio and 10% Grenache and Francisi. The wine draws on a very old vineyard, with vines reported at 80–100 years and some exceeding a century. Bright cherry and red berries are layered with flowers, Mediterranean herbs, pepper and smoky volcanic earth. This is a youthful, dry Etna Rosso with energetic acidity and fine but persistent tannins. Decant before serving with grilled lamb, roast poultry, mushroom dishes, tomato-based pasta or mature cheese.

I Vigneri Aurora - Etna Bianco - 2024 750ml

2024 - Etna - 21. Etna Bianco - 750ml - 159 ILS

Aurora is a high-altitude Etna Bianco made from 90% Carricante and 10% Minnella Bianca. The vines were planted in 2015 in Contrada Caselle near Milo, at approximately 750 metres above sea level, where altitude helps retain freshness. The aromatic profile is expected to center on lemon, green apple and white flowers, with delicate herbal, saline and smoky-volcanic nuances. Carricante provides the wine’s linear structure, while Minnella Bianca softens the outline and adds subtle fragrance. With recorded acidity of 7 g/L and a pH of 3.2, this is a dry, incisive and food-friendly white. Serve it with oysters, grilled fish, shellfish, fried seafood or fresh cheeses, preferably cool rather than ice-cold.

I Vigneri - Les Ètrangers - Pinot Blanc - 2024 - #2104p-24

I Vigneri Les Ètrangers - Pinot Blanc - 2024 750ml

2024 - Etna - 21. Etna Bianco - 750ml - 169 ILS

Les Étrangers Pinot Blanc comes from an experimental vineyard planted in 2016 near Milo, on Etna’s eastern side. At approximately 1,200 metres, the plot tests how this Alpine-associated variety responds to extreme elevation and volcanic terrain. The wine should offer green apple, pear, citrus and white flowers, with subtle herbal and smoky-mineral notes. The high site favors a restrained, linear expression rather than a broad or overtly ripe style. With 0.4 g/L residual sugar, 6.17 g/L acidity and pH 3.23, it is very dry and refreshing. Pair it with freshwater fish, shellfish, poultry, fresh cheeses or delicate vegetable dishes.

I Vigneri Vinudilice - Etna Rosato - 2024 750ml

2024 - Etna - 24. Etna Rosato - 750ml - 185 ILS

Vinudilice is an extraordinary high-altitude rosato from Contrada Nave on Etna’s northwestern side. Grenache, Minnella Nera, Grecanico and Minnella Bianca grow together at approximately 1,200 metres in a vineyard reported to be around a century old. The mixed red and white varieties create a pale, fragrant wine with wild strawberry, citrus peel, mountain flowers and savory herbs. Extreme elevation and volcanic soils give the wine an unusually cool, taut and mineral personality. Acidity of 6.4 g/L and pH 3.2 support a dry, energetic palate with excellent gastronomic potential. Serve it with tuna, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, tomato-based dishes or lightly spiced Mediterranean food.

I Vigneri Palmento & Anfora - Etna Rosso - 2024 750ml

2024 - Etna - 22. Etna Rosso - 750ml - 189 ILS

Palmento & Anfora is a traditional Etna red based on Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio. Fermentation and élevage associated with the historic palmento and amphora approach emphasize pure red fruit, herbs, earth and volcanic character. The palate is fresh, lightly tannic and savory rather than heavy. Serve slightly cool with grilled meat, pasta, mushrooms, aubergine or aged pecorino.

I Vigneri - Primavera - Field Blend - 2025 - #2102-25

I Vigneri Primavera Field Blend

2025 / 2024 - Etna - 21. Etna Bianco - 750ml - 189 ILS

The 2025 Primavera is a distinctive high-altitude field blend led by Pinot Bianco, Savagnin, Chenin Blanc and Carricante. Its Contrada Caselle vineyard lies near Milo at approximately 770 metres, in a cool sector of Etna. Rather than emphasizing one grape, the wine brings together citrus, pear, white flowers, herbs and gentle spice. Carricante contributes acidity and volcanic definition, while the other varieties broaden the aroma and texture. 0.3 g/L residual sugar, 6.9 g/L acidity and pH 3.11 indicate an extremely dry, vibrant style. Enjoy it young with seafood and vegetables, or allow brief bottle age to integrate the blend further.

I Vigneri VIGNAdiMILO Etna Bianco Superiore

2023 / 2023 - Etna - 21. Etna Bianco - 750ml - 235 ILS

This single-vineyard Etna Bianco Superiore is produced from 100% Carricante grown in an ungrafted parcel planted in 2010. The site is located in Contrada Caselle near Milo, at approximately 750 metres. The youthful 2023 should combine lemon, green apple and white flowers with saline, herbal and smoky-volcanic details. Its appeal lies in the tension between concentrated fruit, substantial texture and Carricante’s naturally severe acidic line. Acidity of 7.5 g/L and pH 3.2 point to a dry, age-worthy wine. Decanting may help it open, especially when served with roast fish, shellfish, poultry or mature pecorino.

I Vigneri Palmento Caselle Etna Bianco Superiore

2022 - Etna - 21. Etna Bianco - 750ml - 490 ILS

This 2022 Etna Bianco Superiore is made entirely from Carricante grown in an ungrafted, single-vineyard parcel. The vineyard was planted in 2010 at approximately 750 metres in the Milo area. Expect lemon, green apple and restrained orchard fruit framed by white flowers, mountain herbs and volcanic minerality. The wine should feel concentrated yet vertical, with acidity keeping the texture precise and controlled. 7 g/L acidity and pH 3.2 support excellent freshness and potential for further aging. Decant when young and serve with shellfish, roast fish, poultry or savory vegetable dishes.
