These are the delivery and return terms currently published by Champagne Fairy.

Free social delivery
Champagne Fairy always tries to arrange free social delivery: the wine is passed to somebody near you, and you collect it from that person.
Delivery prices
Gush Dan
- Free for orders of 1,000 ILS or more.
- 60 ILS for orders below 1,000 ILS.
Jerusalem, Haifa, Krayot and Beer Sheba
- Free for orders above 2,500 ILS.
- 150 ILS for orders below 2,500 ILS.
Processing and delivery times
- Order processing takes up to 48 hours (0–2 days).
- Delivery takes up to 10 days after dispatch.
- Order processing and delivery operate seven days a week.
Returns and defective bottles
No returns or replacements are offered, except for defective bottles.
Reporting a defective bottle
A defective bottle must be reported within three months of purchase. Keep the bottle and bring it to Champagne Fairy as evidence of a defect in the producer's wine. Contact Champagne Fairy before bringing the bottle.
