This vineyard-designated Furmint from Csontos offers a concentrated interpretation of dry Tokaj. Yellow apple, pear and citrus are joined by herbal, smoky and stony nuances. The palate balances substance with firm acidity, giving the wine precision and potential to evolve. Serve it with roast chicken, rich fish, pork, mushroom dishes or mature cheese, preferably after some aeration.

Three Grácia is a dry Furmint that combines ripe citrus and orchard fruit with subtle floral, herbal and volcanic notes. The style highlights Furmint’s ability to deliver both immediate freshness and serious structure. Bright acidity shapes a textured palate and carries the wine into a clean, persistent finish. It is versatile with seafood, roast poultry, mushrooms, root vegetables and moderately creamy sauces.

Teleki is more than a vineyard name: it is one of the historic sites on Tokaj Hill. Recorded among the Crown Estate vineyards in 1749, it carries the long memory of a region whose boundaries and wine laws were already being defined in the eighteenth century. Bott Pince farms a rare, roughly 80-year-old mixed planting of Furmint and Hárslevelű on the hill’s warm southern side. The vines are head-trained, horse-ploughed and naturally self-regulating: old plants that reliably ripen only the small crop they can carry to full maturity, without the need for green harvest. This is a true field blend rather than a formula—Furmint bringing freshness, structure and mineral drive; Hárslevelű adding white flowers, gentle spice and texture. Expect orchard fruit, citrus peel, dried herbs and a quietly volcanic, saline finish. 2022 - Tokaj - Szamorodni - 500ml - 170 ILS
This sweet Szamorodni is made from bunches containing naturally botrytised berries, creating a concentrated but lively Tokaj dessert wine. Apricot, citrus preserve and honey are accompanied by spice, tea and dried-fruit notes. The catalog records 154 g/L residual sugar, balanced by Furmint’s naturally firm acidity. Serve it with blue cheese, fruit tart, foie gras or nut-based desserts, or pour a small glass as dessert in its own right.
