Description
Sigalas Santorini is a dry Assyrtiko rooted in the island’s volcanic soils and traditional basket-trained vineyards. Lemon, citrus peel and subtle stone-fruit notes are joined by a distinctive saline, smoky character. The palate is focused and structured, with high natural acidity and a long mineral finish. It is an excellent companion for oysters, grilled fish, shellfish, fried seafood and other dishes with bright Mediterranean flavors.
