Récolte Rosé blends approximately 95% Pinot Noir with 5% Pinot Meunier. It offers red berries, blood orange and delicate spice, supported by a savory, vinous core. Fresh acidity and fine bubbles keep the wine energetic, while the Pinot-dominant blend provides enough structure for food. Serve with salmon, charcuterie, roast poultry or lightly spiced dishes.

Champagne - Blanc de Noirs - 1.5L - 550 ILS
Récolte Noire is a Pinot Noir-led Champagne from the Côte des Bar, presented here in magnum. Red apple, cherry and citrus are joined by bread, spice and chalky or stony nuances. The larger format encourages slow, even development and makes this bottle well suited to sharing. Its vinous character works with charcuterie, roast poultry, mushrooms and aged cheese as well as aperitif service.
