Paul Bara

With roots dating back to 1833, Paul Bara is a renowned family estate in one of two warmest Grand Cru villages - Bouzy, in Montagne de Reims. They produce of the best recognized age-worthy Blanc-de-Noir Champagnes, predominantly featuring Pinot Noir. Prevented malolactic fermentation and beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity.
