Made from Carricante, this Etna Bianco reflects the altitude and volcanic terrain of Mount Etna. Lemon, green apple and white flowers meet restrained herbal, smoky and saline notes. Carricante’s natural acidity gives the wine a dry, focused palate and a refreshing mineral finish. It should work particularly well with shellfish, grilled fish, fried seafood, fresh cheeses and vegetable antipasti.

2024 - Etna - 22. Etna Rosso - 750ml - 88 ILS
Cauro Etna Rosso is an accessible introduction to red wine from Mount Etna. Native red grapes bring aromas of sour cherry, red berries and dried herbs, supported by the savory, smoky character associated with volcanic soils. Fresh acidity and moderate tannins give the wine an agile, food-friendly shape. Serve slightly cool with pizza, pasta in tomato sauce, grilled meat, mushrooms or firm cheeses.
