40 years old vines of 32% Pinot Noir, 32% Meunier, 32% Chardonnay, 4% Old Varieties: Petit Meslier, Arbanne, Pinot Blanc. 5.3+ years on lees. Fresh sourdough and light walnut aromas alongside sliced apples, raspberries and nutmeg. Very precise, dry and taut, with tight bubbles and subtle yeasty notes at the end. 32% pinot noir, 32% chardonnay, 32% pinot meunier and 4% petit meslier, arbanne and pinot blanc from 2017 reserve wines. Champagne - Rose - 750ml - 299 ILS
~50 % Chardonnay, 44 % Pinot Noir, 6 % Pinot Meunier. The NV (2018) Brut Nature Rosé Zero fleshes out beautifully in the glass, showing gorgeous mid-palate resonance and persistence. The Brut Nature style works so well here, better than in the Blanc, in my view. Cranberry, white pepper, slate and chalk are all wonderfully vivid. - By Antonio Galloni on April 2025

100% Pinot Noir This skin-contact rosé made from a single plot of pinot noir has fragrant aromas of red cherries, cherry blossoms, sweet pastries and blood oranges. Some licorice, too. It's so fresh, zesty, bright and fruity, with delicious orange and cherry flavors that linger and delight. Very fine bubbles. 3,700 bottles made. Blanc de Meunier, lieu-dit Pierre de Bellevue - 2009 Meunier is on full display in the 2009 Brut Nature La Vigne d'Or. The warm year, vinification and aging in barrel, and the passage of time yield a Meunier that offers an attractive mix of varietal orchard fruit, spice and ginger notes with the lightly oxidative notes acquired over time.
