Since 2010, Champagne Fairy has been the exclusive importer of Leguillette Romelot wines in Israel and a distributor of those wines.
70% Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir from the Vallée de la Marne. Brioche and pastry with orange, quince compote and pineapple, developing linden, mirabelle, toast, apricot and gingerbread. Creamy mousse carries rounded fruit and light acidity into a savoury, saline finish.

Champagne - 1. Assemblage - 750ml - 150 ILS
35% Meunier, 33% Chardonnay and 32% Pinot Noir from the estate’s Vallée de la Marne vineyards around Charly-sur-Marne. Fine bubbles with fresh flowers, white fruit, fresh grapes and apricot in syrup. Generous on entry, with delicate persistent fruit supported by light, tangy freshness.
Champagne - 6. Historical - 750ml - 180 ILS
All 6 permitted grapes - 40% Meunier, 23% Pinot Noir, 17% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc, 8% Petit Meslier and 2% Arbanne. The heritage varieties come from the Mont Dorin planting at Charly-sur-Marne. Based on the 2018 harvest. Three years on lees Iodine, orange blossom, almond and lemon followed by linden, vineyard peach, passion fruit and sweet spice. Creamy mousse and pulpy citrus acidity lead to a saline, exotic-fruit finish.

60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from the Vallée de la Marne around Charly-sur-Marne. 8 years on lees.
Champagne - Rose - 750ml - 230 ILS
All 6 peritted grapes - Pinot Blanc, Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir from the 2016 harvest. The heritage varieties originate from the Mont Dorin planting at Charly-sur-Marne. A limited-production blended rosé incorporating still red wine. Red fruit, acacia and jasmine followed by mango, pear, peach and pomegranate. Generous fruit is balanced by direct minerality and freshness, with pink grapefruit on the persistent finish.
2018 - Champagne - 6. Historical - 750ml - 240 ILS
All 6 peritted grapes - Pinot Noir, Pinot unier, Chardonnay and rare Arbanne, Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier The heritage varieties come from the Mont Dorin planting; the estate’s vineyards lie around Charly-sur-Marne in the western Vallée de la Marne. Four years on lees Acacia, green apple and bergamot with orange blossom, nectarine and quince. Creamy fruit and softly velvety acidity lead into a floral, fruit-driven finish lifted by peppermint.
2018 - Champagne - 6. Historical - 750ml - 635 ILS
100% Pinot Blanc from the heritage-variety planting in Clos du Mont Dorin at Charly-sur-Marne. Five years on lees Lily of the valley, verbena and linden lead into a creamy profile of lemon, pear and mint, combining delicate freshness with unusual depth.
