The best sites are spread through the Montagne de Reims, Vallee de la Marne, Cote des Blancs, Cote de Sezanne, and the Aube, each bringing a different balance of fruit, chalk, and texture.
The region is built on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. Chalk and limestone soils hold water while reflecting a cool mineral signature, and the traditional second fermentation in bottle turns still base wines into Champagne with fine bubbles, lees complexity, and long aging potential.
